How much will it cost for my business?
It depends on your business and what you need. Our fees are competitive, and you pay one fixed monthly fee that we agree with you at the free meeting, before you sign anything. No hourly charges and no surprise bills.
Can I switch accountants partway through the year?
Yes. We contact your old accountant, let HMRC and Companies House know we're acting for you, and take care of the handover. You don't need to do a thing.
How do you work out my salary and dividends?
We look at your company's profits and your personal income, and set the mix that keeps the most money in your pocket, legally.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work with Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, and set it up for you if you don't have it yet.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Many clients do everything by phone, WhatsApp and email. The office is there whenever you'd like to talk face to face.
I've missed a deadline or got a penalty. Can you help?
Yes. We'll get everything filed as quickly as possible and help you deal with HMRC.
Can I speak to someone in my own language?
Yes. Our team speaks Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu and Tamil as well as English.
What happens if I call outside office hours?
Your call is still answered. We take your details and your accountant gets back to you the next working morning.
